I checked in at 6pm. The room has been upgraded from Standard Room to Superior Room, which is only one grade up. I understand that this hotel consist of many room types: Standard, Superior, Deluxe, Premier and Suite. I didn’t receive my welcome drink vouchers like I used to get in other Crowne Plaza hotels.

I asked the front desk staff if there is any welcome amenities for the Platinum Member, and they took 2 bottles of water and 2 small packs of cookies and put it in a hotel bag. All right, I took it and said thank you. The front desk staff offered me a breakfast discount, it used to be 2200 yen per person and now it is 1500 yen per person. I took the offer. I didn’t ask why there is a discount available, maybe it is for the hotel guest?
The room is located on the 7th floor. The room size is not too big but it is bigger than those typical semi double room in Japan. This hotel is 39 years old, luckily the room has been renovated recently, so it is still fresh and clean. The bed is very comfortable, the air is clean. The bathroom has a bath tub. Great!
There is one particular thing that is worth to mention: the sleeping amenities! Oh my gosh, they provide steaming eye masks, relaxing bath salt and tea bags for morning and night time. WoW, it is very special and I love it very much.
The breakfast spread is extensive.
It has western and Japanese dishes. It is really worth the money I paid for. There were freshly squeezed mixed juices.
Overall, I enjoy my stay very much. But this hotel is a bit far from the shopping district. If you are willing to walk 10 mins to go there, you can definitely select this hotel.
